Kim Cronbaugh has been in electronics manufacturing for over 32 years with extensive experience.

Kim is currently a Master IPC Trainer in the following standards:

  • IPC-J-STD-001 MIT
  • IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum
  • IPC-A-610 MIT
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 MIT
  • IPC 7711/7721 MIT

Kims’ training experience and capabilities also include:

Kim has held several positions in the electronics manufacturing industry, including electronics industry hand soldering. Workmanship Trainer for Manufacturing and Engineering, Quality Inspections of IPC Class 3 Avionics and Military Industry, IPC Class 2 Ruggedized Computer systems Commercial and Military Manufacturing’s, Engineering Prototype Lab Assistant, Ball Grid Array application and removal, Rework, Repair, and Modifications to PCB, and Wire harness. Kim possesses both a wide breadth of knowledge and experience and thoroughly enjoys sharing that knowledge and experience with others. With a positive personality and positive teaching style, Kim provides an upbeat, informative, helpful, learning environment.
