Bill specializes in the performance and instruction of micro-miniature soldering and laminate re-work and contributes over 17 years of training experience in beginning through advanced soldering , basic electronics theory and troubleshooting, and individual wire and harness repair techniques.

Bill is retired from the United States Air Force where he was certified as a micro-miniature circuit card repair technician and repair program manager for the last 7 years. He was also a master instructor for 7 years with the Community College of the Air Force for soldering, wire harness repair, and F-16, F-111, F-15 armament systems courses. He received a bachelors degree in professional aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has an additional associates degree as an Instructor of Technology and Military Science along with his Occupational Instructor Certificate from the Community College of the Air Force.
