Amanda Podoll has been in the electronics manufacturing industry for over 15 years. She started as a production/hand soldering operator at an electromechanical assembly facility where she worked her way up serving in various roles including inspector, quality technician, auditor and trainer.
Amanda is a Master IPC Trainer in the following courses:
- IPC J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical & Electronic Assemblies
- IPC J-STD-001 Space & Military Applications Addendum to J-STD-001
- IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
- IPC-7711/7721 Rework, Modification & Repair of Electronic Assemblies
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Harness Assemblies
She also has knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD)

• Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, AS9100, AS9110)

When she isn’t working, chances are you will find her drag racing with the nostalgia gasser group she is a member of or attending a Girl Scout function with one, if not both, of the two troops she co-leads. She is an avid reader who enjoys old automobiles and working on them, photography, outdoor adventures, crafting and gardening. She thoroughly enjoys sharing her knowledge with others and watching them succeed.
