DESCRIPTION:

The needs assessment is an important step in performance improvement. It is a systematic process of discovery to support change.

Blackfox’s team will define the gaps between current and desired organizational and individual performance. During the “Needs Assessment,” Blackfox’s team will identify any problems or other issues to determine if there is a need for training, or if training is the appropriate intervention.

OBJECTIVE:
Identify the discrepancy between the desired and actual knowledge, skills, and performance and specifying root causes.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We suggest a five-phase approach to conducting the needs assessment:
